1. How can I order?

We try to make it simple, and hopefully, foolproof, so you can either fill out the form on our website or call us.  Either way, we will send you a confirmation for you to OK and send back to us.

2.What payment options do you offer?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX), PayPal or checks.  Since all our products are custom-made, we will charge your credit card/PayPal or cash your check when your order is placed.

3. How long will it take for my order to be processed and then delivered?

Again, we note that our products are made overseas AND by one of the leading manufacturers of sports and leisurewear products for some of the biggest names in the business.  Because we sell without middlemen, we can offer you some of the best prices in the marketplace.  Depending on the order you make with us (and the complexity), we will give you an estimate of delivery for each order.

4. What if I am not satisfied?

We proudly stand by all our products and because all of our products are one-of-a-kind, created especially for you, we will accept limited returns for items with manufacturing damage or defects, but cannot accept returns for bulk orders or products manufactured or delivered as ordered.   Other considerations such as wrong sizes ordered will not be subject to returns or refunds. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your order.

5. Can WS produce shirts, hats, jackets, etc. with my team or company logo or special designs?

Yes we can, but you must provide the artwork with appropriate instructions (sizes, colors, other).

6. Why might I not be able to add a name or logo to a product I order?

In some cases, major names (like Nike, Addidas, other), and some college, institutional and other name and logos are protected and prohibit us from putting them on clothing.  We will notify you if this is the case.
